Mark joined First Tee – Raritan Valley as the chapter’s first Program Director in March 2011 and began serving as Executive Director in December 2016. A native of Pottsville, Pa and graduate of Moravian College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and minor in Sociology. A four-year letter winner on the golf team at Moravian with All-Conference Honors in his Junior and Senior years and Conference Champions in 1994. He also served as Team Captain during his junior and senior years.
Within First Tee, Mark is a Recognized First Tee Coach and Program Director. Mark coached at the Life Skills and Leadership Academy in San Diego in 2014 and the College Golf Prep Academy in Reno in 2015 & 2016.
Mark lives in Milltown, NJ with his wife, Sue, and daughter Abby (a First Tee participant).
Jose Sagal

Jose joins our team with a Master’s Degree in Sports Management from Rutgers University. Jose has served in the youth development sector for the last seven years. Most recently, as Operations Director for youth travel soccer and coach for elite and developmental youth travel teams.
Jose also worked as the PGA WORKS Fellow with the New Jersey PGA/New Jersey Golf Foundation. Working with the NJPGA/NJGF allowed Jose to learn about the golf business and grow the foundation’s military golf pillar. From his work with student veterans and golf programs, Rutgers awarded Jose the 2019 Distinguished Student Veteran.
Jose is proud to represent First Tee’s initiatives to impact the lives of young golfers. He shares the mission to promote life-enhancing values and is ready to help develop game changers in our chapter.
Deborah Dada

Deborah was born and raised in Union County, NJ. She has a background in Theater, Live Entertainment, events and operations. More recently Deb worked in the operations department at the Apollo Theater in Harlem, New York, ensuring exciting ideas came to life on the stage.
She loves to write and sing! She wrote an e-book called I Don’t Know Everything but I Know These 5 Things, and is currently writing a musical about youth in troubled areas looking to reach their dreams.
Deb is looking forward to starting with First Tee – Raritan Valley as it empowers youth of all backgrounds. She is excited to use her storytelling and operational skills to spread the word about what the Raritan Valley chapter is doing for the youth in our communities.
