We believe children learn best by example, and showing up for class is an easy way to practice being responsible and honoring one’s commitments. If you find your schedule no longer allows your child to attend programming, but they have already been registered and payment has been received, we offer two options:
REQUEST FOR CLASS REFUND:
- Refund timeline is as follows:
- 95% Refund if request is received prior close of registration
- 85% Refund after the close of registration
- 50% Refund if requested during the first 2 WEEKS of session
- No refund request will be granted after the second week of the session
**Exceptions may be made due to extenuating circumstances, such as participant injury**
REQUEST FOR SUMMER CAMP REFUND:
- Refund timeline is as follows:
- All refund requests prior to the close of registration will be subject to a 5% credit card fee.
- All refund requests after the close of registration but prior to the start of camp will be subject to a 5% refund fee and a $50 late withdrawal fee.
- All refund requests after the start of summer camp will be subject to the a 50% refund fee.
- No refund request will be granted after the second day of camp

REQUEST FOR TRANSFER:
- Transfers may be made up to the close of registration if class or summer camp space permits
- After the start of a session or summer camp, NO transfers are permitted

Refunds will be issued to the credit card used for payment. Once a refund is issued to the card, it typically takes 5-10 days to show on the account.
We do not issue refunds for classes canceled due to weather. We will make every effort to either extend the session or our class times to make up for lost classes.
