What Are Matching Gifts?

Many companies encourage charitable giving by matching donations made by their employees to eligible nonprofit organizations. Depending on your employer’s program, your gift could be matched dollar-for-dollar or at another rate, increasing the support available to our programs.

4. Your employer makes a matching contribution, helping more young people access our programs.
